Who We Are
Movement Management UK Ltd operates the website movementmanagement.co.uk. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website or contact us.
What Data We Collect
When you submit a form on our website, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company name, and project details. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our site.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, match you with appropriate talent from our roster, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Form submissions are processed through Netlify and stored securely. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for us to process your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at movementmanagementuk@gmail.com.
LinkedIn Integration
Movement Management UK uses the LinkedIn Community Management API to publish posts to our LinkedIn Pages (Movement Matters Hub and Movement Management) from our internal content operations tool. This section explains how we handle LinkedIn data in connection with that integration.
What LinkedIn data we collect
When you authorise our internal tool via LinkedIn's OAuth flow, we receive and store an access token and, where provided by LinkedIn, a refresh token. We do not collect your LinkedIn password. When the tool reads posts from our LinkedIn Pages, it receives post identifiers, post text, and publication timestamps. When the tool reads comments on our posts, it receives the commenter's display name, LinkedIn profile URL, comment text, and comment timestamp.
Where data is stored
Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored in an encrypted file on infrastructure controlled by Movement Management UK. No token data is transmitted to third parties. Post and comment data fetched from the LinkedIn API is displayed within the internal tool and is not written to any database. Comment data from LinkedIn members is not persisted beyond the session in which it is displayed.
How long data is retained
Access tokens are valid for 60 days from the date of issue and are replaced on each re-authorisation. Refresh tokens are valid for 365 days and are rotated in line with LinkedIn's published token lifecycle. Comment and post data is not retained beyond the browser session in which it is fetched. We do not store, export, or transfer LinkedIn member personal data to any external system.
How we use LinkedIn data
LinkedIn data processed by our integration is used solely for the purpose of publishing content to LinkedIn Pages owned and administered by Movement Management UK, and for reading engagement information (post reach, comments) on that content. We do not use LinkedIn member data for advertising, sales, recruiting, lead generation, or any purpose other than managing our own Pages.
How to revoke access
You can revoke this application's access to your LinkedIn account at any time by visiting your LinkedIn account settings, selecting Data privacy, and choosing Permitted services. Revocation immediately invalidates the stored access token.
Compliance
This integration is operated in compliance with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, the LinkedIn Community Management API restricted use case policies, and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We do not combine LinkedIn member data with data from other sources. We do not operate this integration on behalf of any third party.
